Biographies
Pam and Doug are full time residential real estate agents. Pam began her real estate career in 2002 and Doug joined her in 2008. They are experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
- Pam and Doug are members of the Tucson Association of Realtors (TAR), Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Pam is also a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Advisory Council (REBAC) and has trained and received certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), ePRO Specialist, Cartus Relocation Specialist, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist -- education that enhances real estate skills and professional status.
- Pam is a "true" Tucson native; actually born and raised in Tucson -- and never moved away. Pam's enthusiasm for Tucson, experience with the "Old Pueblo" lifestyle and the uniqueness of the neighborhoods, as well as knowledge of the schools, shopping, and attractions throughout the valley, make Pam an uniquely qualified residential real estate agent.
- Doug is a Tucson "transplant" from New York City. He describes his move west as "from skyscrapers to saguaros" and couldn't be happier living in the lush desert, brilliant skies -- no humidity, no mosquitos, no hurricanes, no snow, no earthquakes -- and lots of great restaurants.
- Both Pam and Doug are retired IBMers, with a combined longevity of over 70 years! While Doug's significant marketing, customers and detailed project management skills reached from New York City to Tucson, Pam spent all 30-plus of her years right here in Tucson in both sales and marketing -- consulting with clients and developing plans to assist them in reaching their business goals. Carrying on their IBM tradition of customer satisfaction, both Pam and Doug are recipients of many Customer Appreciation Awards.
- Their "technology rich" backgrounds provide Pam and Doug with an understanding of methods to utilize data base information as well as to make creative and efficient use of real estate data to best serve the needs of their clients. Pam's IBM Marketing Communications experience enables her to select and fully implement a full complement of marketing techniques -- both print media and web-based - to reach the maximum audience exposure.
- Pam is a UA Wildcat through and through (2nd generation) with daughter and granddaughter carrying on the tradition. Doug graduated from St. John's University in New York City, but is now a passionate UA fan. Pam and Doug are affiliated with the UA Extra Point Club, Wildcat Club Ambassadors, and Catbackers programs.
- Doug is a Vietnam veteran. Pam is on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and is secretary of its Women's Auxxillary. Pam and Doug have made their home in the Catalina Foothills since 1988.
